Welcome to Court Collects! Over the past few years several cool bloggers inspired me to start my own. I plan to share my obsession with clearance rack shopping, crafty and cooking creations, and things I just like.
More specifically, I’m joining the blogging world because:
1) I love clothes. I’m not a fashionista nor am I brand loyal. I shop everywhere…where there’s a sale. I am obsessed with clearance racks. I rarely spend more than $35 on one piece and often score deals well under $20. I’m a bargain hunter! Actually, I’m a “bahgain huntah” because I’m from Boston.
2) I have a full-time job in marketing. I like my job, but it dominates forty plus hours of my week, leaving little time for other things I love. I always have a project going on from sewing, cooking, crafting and other random endeavors. Too often I find myself saying: “if I had more time I could start this or finish that”.
I’ve decided the time exists; I’m just not using it well. This blog is going to act as inspiration to make time for things I love. So, here’s to finishing that scarf I started knitting four years ago and abandoned because I’m too busy!
